AMD Radeon RX 7600 Now Available Under $250

Finally At The Right Price!

The AMD Radeon RX 7600 launched last month and was the first budget card from AMD’s RDNA3 lineup of graphics cards. The graphics card was initially planned to launch at an MSRP of $299 but was later reduced to $269 just before launch.

Among other AIB partners, MSI has further reduced the price of the AMD Radeon RX 7600. The MSI Mech 2X Radeon RX 7600 can now be purchased for just $249.99, which is a $20 drop in price since its initial launch.

The recent drop in the price of the Radeon RX 7600 might be a result of the upcoming competitor from Nvidia. The GeForce RTX 4060 is set to launch on June 29 for $300.

In comparison, the Radeon RX 7600 should perform similarly but will be a cheaper option. The new discounted price means the entry-level RDNA3 card will become even more tempting for users with a budget of less than $300.

While both graphics cards will perform similarly in rasterization, users should expect lower ray tracing performance from the AMD side. Aside from that, both cards feature 8GB of GDDR6 memory.

Alongside MSI, other AIBs have also dropped the price of the Radeon RX 7600. This includes the XFX Radeon RX 7600 Swift 210 and ASRock Radeon RX 7600 Challenger. Both of these models are priced under $260.

Mid-range graphics cards usually sell well, but the market is in a very different situation right now. Users are demanding better price-to-performance and higher VRAM capacities for the upcoming AAA titles.

Though the Radeon RX 7600 and GeForce RTX 4060 cost less than last-generation mid-range products, users may stick to the used market for a better deal.
