Sweet Baby Inc Feeling The Heat!

Story Highlight
  • Sweet Baby Inc. has reworked its site to remove the games it has worked on.
  • Previously, there was a whole list of collaborators, which has now been removed.
  • This could be a consequence of all the backlash the company has been receiving after messing up many games.

Sweet Baby Inc. has become one of the most talked about topics in the gaming industry, but for all the wrong reasons. The consultation company known for forcing inclusivity in games has now removed clients from its site to hide the games it’s involved in

Why it matters: The company has faced severe backlash for pushing a narrative and making high-budget games fail badly. Many big names like Xbox Game Studios, PlayStation, Ubisoft, Remedy, and more are involved with it.

Sweet Baby Inc. page, where it showed the collaborators, is not available now.

As of today, Sweet Baby Inc. reworked its site leading to a very notable change. The company has removed the tab where you could see the list of its collaborators it has worked with in the past to hide the games they’ve worked on.

Previously the site showed in detail the companies it has worked with. It included a list of their logos and the details about their projects. However, now the site has become plain and just shows a few featured projects and the services the company offers.

Previously, it displayed all its clients.

Gamers have been criticizing the company ever since it surfaced. It has been involved in some of the most notable projects in the last few years, including God of War: Ragnarok, Suicide Squad, Forspoken, Concord, and more.

The latter ones faced grave circumstances for this as they all failed miserably. Unfortunately, studios partnering with Sweet Baby doesn’t seem to be ending any time soon, as even Ubisoft is consulting them for the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

But the company reworking its site to unlink itself from the projects it worked on indicates that people don’t want forced inclusivity in the games. This was also apparent from a recent poll where 95% of players voted against this trend.
