Practically Makes No Noise At 50% Load!

[Press Release] Noctua and Seasonic have combined their efforts to create one of the most efficient and quiet power supplies to date.

Using the already-popular flagship Seasonic 1600W model as a base, the Prime TX-1600 Noctua edition offers silent operation with the NF-A12x25 fan, making this unit suitable for workstations and gaming PCs that require a no-compromises experience.

As per Seasonic CEO Eric Lan, this power supply represents top-tier engineering. The company has also found this collaborative endeavor quite exciting.

Commenting on the partnership, Noctua CEO Roland Mossig noted that the two companies deliver the best of both worlds for PC enthusiasts and consumers for a state-of-the-art power supply.

The Prime TX-1600 Noctua edition boasts fully passive operation at around 50% load. Once the load reaches 100%, the power supply still makes next to no noise, boasting a 10dB noise reduction over the original model’s 34dB at ambient temperatures up to 25°C.

As expected of a high-end power supply, the Seasonic Prime TX-1600 Noctua edition boasts ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 support. The unit is, therefore, equipped to handle everything enthusiasts throw at it, and you can visit this link for details on pricing and availability.
