Since the God of War Ragnarok’s release date announcement, PlayStation fans have been eagerly waiting to experience more of Kratos’ adventures. The date is approaching, and we are finally receiving more news about what to expect from the game.

The God of War Ragnarok PlayStation 4 download page was recently updated, and the game size was revealed to be 90.6 GB. Seeing that the game’s predecessor, God of War 2018, only took up 45 GB and was a massive success, this time, we can expect significant improvements and developments in GoW Ragnarok.

According to Twitter user PlaystationSize, the game size is subject to change due to various factors. Mainly because it does not include updates, PKG sizes are usually not very reliable and accurate, and in general, game size varies a lot depending on the region. However, a 90.6 GB PS4 figure is enough to elevate our expectations.

We already know God Of War Ragnarok will run ‘up to 4K/60 FPS on PlayStation 5 with full dual sense integration and 3D audio. But, one thing to keep in mind is that the revealed game size is for PlayStation 4, and from what we have learned so far, most PlayStation 5 games take up relatively less space than their PlayStation 4 counterparts.
