Over 15 Million Copies Sold!

The open-world action RPG Hogwarts Legacy is a success in sales for Warner Bros. as in the first two weeks of its release on PlayStation 5, PC, and XBOX series X/S on February 10th, it sold over 12 million copies generating around $850 million in sales, making it Warner’s most significant game launch ever.

The company has recently revealed the game’s latest figures. Hogwarts Legacy has managed to exceed 15 million copies sold. This has impacted overcoming the barrier of more than $1 Billion in sales.

Perhaps most interesting of all, sales will continue to rise. Specifically, this weekend the version of the game for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One has launched, and the Nintendo Switch version of the game will also arrive in July, so we are expecting a further spike in sales.

Hogwarts Legacy

This news is not so surprising if we look at the sales of the game’s first two weeks. However, this has made it the best-selling game of 2023 and entered the Top 5 of Warner Bross’s most popular franchises.

Yesterday Pc and next-gen consoles received the most significant Hogwarts legacy update with over 700 changes, and you can read all four pages on Steam.

The game costs $59.99 for its standard edition or $69.99 for the regional price for its deluxe edition. The Deluxe Edition includes the Dark Arts Pack, which gives access to exclusive costumes through the Dark Arts Cosmetic Set, a flying Testral Mount that players can ride, and access to the Dark Arts Battle Arena, where players can test their mastery of the Dark Arts against waves of challenging enemies.
